Registration for summer sports course

The registration starts February 5th, 2024, 8am.

The Institute will check the courses occupancy rate in March 2024. The courses with low occupancy rate will be cancelled and the students registered for these courses will be asked via e-mail to change the course.

Attention

International students are required to procure an appropriate foreigners' medical insurance.

1. Enroll the subject Physical Education Course in KOS under the appropriate code.

2. Log in and complete the registration at this web page.

Guidelines for registration at this web page:

• Go to log in in the left-side menu;
• Enter your Username and Password to KOS;
• Fill in all required information (for the first login only) to aquire better communication between you and the Institute of Physical Education and Sport;
• If you have registered for two summer sports courses (two codes), choose the code you want to apply for from the drop-down menu. If you have registered only for one summer sports course, go directly to the next step;
• Select any of the available summer sports courses in which you are interested (see the table with offered courses);
• Click the register button to complete the registration for the selected summer sports course (inactive button means that the course is not available due to limited capacity – the number in the column marked fc is 0);
• Fill in the electronic form which appears and confirm your agreement with the Terms and Conditions of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports ticking the box Yes;
• Check that the system has registered you successfully; your name will appear in the list of registered students (it will be displayed by clicking on the number in the column marked rs);
• If you want to make a change, register for another free summer sports course and your previous selection will automatically be removed;
• If you want to cancel the selected summer sports course, go to the information about the registered course (in the upper-right part of the page) and cancel it by clicking the cancel button;
• If you have already paid for the course and you cannot participate, contact immediately the course leader (see the column marked course leader). If you want to request a refund for the course, you have to do it in written form! Print Refund Request Form, fill it in , sign it and hand it in the secretary of the Institute of Physical Education of Sport.
