Winter sports courses

To register for the sport classes, which last 1 week throughout the semester in the sport of your choice, go to the sport classes section!
Winter Skiing or Snowboarding sport courses take place both in the Czech Republic and abroad and last one week. SPORT COURSES are usually held outside the teaching period, during the holidays or during the exam period.
To participate in sport courses, international students are required to procure an appropriate foreigners' medical insurance!
Institute of Physical Education and Sport organizes winter sports courses for the students of
all faculties of CTU in Prague. However, each faculty has different rules for the course registration.
- FCE, FEE, FTS, FA, FIT, FNSPE, MIAS: a winter sports course is optional and students can register the winter sports course
in any year of study. Students have to be oficially registered
at the winter sports course, afterwards, they obtain an assessment.
- FME: a winter sports course is optional and students can register the winter sports course in any year of study.
Students have to be oficially registered
at the winter sports course, afterwards, they obtain an assessment. One-credit assessment can be obtained only once.
- FBME: a winter sports course is optional except for students of the paramedic field of study, for whom the winter sports
course is compulsorily optional. Students have to
be oficially registered at the winter sports
course, afterwards, they obtain an assessment (one-credit assessment in the case of the students of the paramedic field of study). The winter sports courses
designed for the students of the paramedic field of study are clearly indicated at the survey of winter sports courses.
