Cancellations of reservations must be made not later than 24 hours, in advance. A later cancellation will be considered as an unexcused missed reservation, and your access to the reservation system will be restricted if you fail to pay for the missed reservation.

Payment:

Payments for services can be made daily, only between 7:30 and 21:00 to the custodian (on the left after you enter the building). If you want to use the facilities at night, you must agree with the custodian by telephone about how the payment will be made. Telephone: +420 728 746 340.

Discount:

REDUCED PRICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR SPORTSMEN AND SPORTSWOMEN WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CTU ACADEMIC COMMUNITY (for team sports, the reduction is only for groups in which more than one half are sportsmen/sportwomen from CTU). To qualify for the reduction you must show your CTU student card or employee card to the custodians.
